How to book my free night?

After reservation, our representative will contact you via email or phone for the extra night's reservation. So you can advise our representative the date that you want to stay for free. The dates will be blocked if other guests have booked the house. The 1 night free is subject to approval and Momoko Guest House owns the final discision.


What does the price include?

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

You'll need a valid credit card or Paypal to guarantee your reservation with all rooms.


How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

As soon as you've completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number, so you can access your confirmation email via Our representative will send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information.


Can I cancel or change my reservation through

Yes, You can cancel your booking at There will 50% charge of the total amount given one week before arrival. Please remember to check the hotel’s cancellation policy before making any changes to your reservation. If you need to change your reservation, please advise our representative and we will try our best to help you.


Where can I find the contact information for the property?

If you have a question for a property before you book, please see the information under "Rooms" and "Facilities" of that property on our website. If you can't find your answer there, please contact Customer Service by phone or, and we'll be happy to ask on your behalf.

How can I see how much it will cost?

Does the room need a deposit in advance?

No, all rooms don't require a deposit in advance.


We have children; can we get extra beds/cribs in the room?
